About Milk Thistle Seeds (Whole)
Milk Thistle Seeds are traditionally used in herbal medicine and are most commonly consumed as a herbal tea.
- Crush the milk thistle seeds with a mortar and pestle
- Add to a small pan and top with around 3 cups of water and bring to the boil
- Leave to infuse for aroun 15-20 minutes
- Strain and serve
